Blast Off Waters - Terms of Service

By using this website or creating an account, you are accepting these terms.

Section 1. Software:

You are not allowed to share a license to our software in any way. You also cannot use bypasses to unlock premium features without paying for them. "Bypassing" is defined as using any methods to get around blocks on using features that require a license. You are not allowed to resell licenses to our software.

Section 2. Brand:

You are not allowed to use our images or name to promote your own projects without direct permission from Blast Off Waters.

Section 3. Communication:

You must follow all rules of the communication channels made by Blast Off Waters. You need to use common sense while communicating with other users or Blast Off Waters staff.

Section 4. User Accounts:

If you break these terms, Blast Off Waters reserves the right to block you from using any of our products. We may suspend or terminate your user account at any time, for any reason, without warning, along with any licenses associated with your account.

Section 5. Warranty:

Each product will have different warranty terms. These can be found in the product description. If not specified, however, the product will have a warranty under the following terms: We offer no refund for defective products, although we will try to fix reported bugs. If the product doesn‘t work for your device, you can request a refund within 5 days. We reserve the right to deny claims. Contact us for more clarification.

Section 6. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms of service and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Idaho, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Section 7. Severability Clause:

If any provision of these terms of service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect. In such a case, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified or interpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 8. Updates to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. After doing so, we will notify users of the change. This notification will be sent via the email linked to your account. By continuing to use any of our services, you accept the new terms.
